In this video work, the man is speaking the world speech of peace from 'The Great Dictator' in Thai version to tell Thai people to be aware of peaceful and unity.

ที่เกาะแห่งหนึ่งกลางทะเลอันดามัน ชาวมอแกนถูกรัฐไทยจำกัดให้พำนักอยู่ที่นั่น ในอดีตพวกเขาเดินทางท่องทั่วผืนทะเลโดยไม่มีดินแดนขีดขั้นบนแผนที่ เหมือนฝูงนกซึ่งไม่มีน่านฟ้า เหมือนเต่าทะเลที่ไม่มีน่านน้ำ สารคดีเรื่องนี้ได้ทดลองบันทึกเสียงที่เกิดขึ้นจริงขณะบันทึกภาพ โดยไม่ได้มีการตัดต่อเสียงเข้ามาในภายหลัง โดยมุ่งบันทึกภูมิทัศน์แห่งเสียง(sound scape)
